- 1 Roll of Paper Towel on counter top
- Salt/Pepper
- 3 extra kitchen trash bags
- Dish soap kitchen sink dispenser filled out
- Propane tank is provided (an extra one is the garage)
- 3 dishwasher pods
- 2 laundry pods
⚠️ Guests are responsible for replenishing if needed during their stay.
Pool Water Temperature Set up is 80F during Winter, 82F during Fall and 84F during the rest of the year. However, please note that a Pool is not a SPA and Heaters are not designed to reach those temperatures during WINTER EXTREME COLD DAYS. (We don't have many in Florida but please keep this mind in if case it happens during your stay. Unfortunately, this is something we can't control, just like rainy days...)

House was very clean, very cozy. Will definitely rent again. Close to all the shops and beaches. Accommodating for multiple families with plenty of room. The hosts where very quick and responsive.

House was beautiful with great amenities. Pool was nice and clean. Enjoyed the pool table for fun. Beds in every room were comfortable. Kitchen new and spacious. Great coffee area. Loved sitting out back watching the sun come up. Communication with the host was simple and easy. Will definatly book again when in the Tampa area.

Everything was amazing! We had such a great time!! This might’ve been the easiest rental I’ve ever had. Hosts were wonderful and responded very quickly. The backyard was such a charming little place to hang out with everyone!! Drive to the beach was really quick, about 15 minutes to Indian rocks. Would book here again!

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood and had everything I needed for my stay. Had a lot of great food options near by and was well equipped. I highly recommend to anyone else interest!
