Gemütliche 2-raum-wohnung, 2 Pers., Emden am Deich, Parkplatz, Grillplatz, Wlan

The vacation/business apartment is located on the first floor of a residential complex with six units. The vacation home complex is situated in a quiet location in Emden, in the Logumer Vorwerk neighborhood. The neighborhood offers excellent access to the highway, proximity to the VW plant, and easy access to the Krummhörn area with its many attractions (e.g., the Pilsum Lighthouse, the fishing village of Greetsiel, and the historic village of Rysum).

The apartment measures 40 m² and is divided into a living room, bedroom, kitchenette, and a bathroom. It is equipped to accommodate up to 2 people. The beds in the bedroom have a sleeping surface of 90x200 cm. The kitchenette is equipped with appliances such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, and a cooking area (with 2 hot plates). Of course, a TV and a radio are also provided. This is a non-smoking accommodation, and unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Free parking is available on-site, as well as a barbecue area with seating. Use of the washing machine is free for all residents of the building. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
