The vacation/business apartment is located on the first floor of a residential complex with six units. The apartment measures 40 m² and is divided into a living room, bedroom, kitchenette, and a bathroom. It is equipped to accommodate up to 2 people. The beds in the bedroom have a sleeping surface of 90x200 cm. The kitchenette is equipped with appliances such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, mini-oven, microwave, toaster, and a cooking area (with 2 hot plates). Of course, a TV and a radio are also provided. This is a non-smoking accommodation, and unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Free parking and a barbecue area are available on the property. Use of the washing machine is free of charge for all residents of the building.
