About this cabin rental
Welcome to Dolly Retreat, an updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath log cabin with Dolly Parton touches throughout. I share her birthday, so the theme was an easy choice.
Living Area
Fireplace, comfortable seating and a smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for family meals.
Game Loft
Stand-up retro arcade, Nintendo Switch, foosball and board games.
Bedrooms (sleeps 8)
Primary suite:
– King bed and full bed
– Electric fireplace and smart TV
– En-suite bath with tub and shower
Guest bedroom:
– Queen bed
– Electric fireplace and smart TV
Third bedroom:
– Two twin beds and smart TV
Plus a second full bathroom.
Outdoors
Two wooded decks for morning coffee or a quiet evening. Hot tub on the lower deck. In winter, once the leaves drop, you can see the mountains through the trees.
Work Space
Dedicated workspace and reliable Wi-Fi, handy for convention visitors or anyone who needs to check email.
Ladybugs and beetles are common in the Smokies, especially in fall and spring. We sweep them up at every cleaning, but a few may find their way in. Let us know if they bother you.

8 / 10Excellent·Jan 2026
The home was nice and comfortable overall, and the owner was responsive and easy to work with. When the coffee maker stopped working, a replacement was delivered quickly, which we really appreciated. There were a few items the owner may want to be aware of for future guests. The house was a bit dusty in places, the bathtub faucet felt loose and looked like it needed attention, and the washing machine was very loud when running. We also noticed a few stink bugs and ladybugs inside during our stay, which may be seasonal. One small suggestion would be to provide a few basic supplies like trash bags and a sponge for washing dishes.Overall, a nice place with a responsive owner, and with a few minor fixes it could be even better.

Cozy cabin perfect for a getaway. Distance to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg is just about perfect.

Perfect size for our family of 5 plus another adult. Very clean. Contacting the host has been easy and they are quick to respond. The kids enjoyed playing the Switch.
