Bring the whole family to this charming retreat! This spacious home features 2 king beds and 6 queen beds, perfect for large groups. The stocked kitchen has everything you need and the outdoor dining area with grill is ideal for family cookouts. Just one block from beautiful West Lake, public beach, boat ramp, and dock! Plenty of space for parking cars and your boat. Enjoy your morning coffee or a nightcap on the cozy front porch with bluetooth speakers. Perfect for memorable family gatherings.
Step into the home from the inviting front porch, directly into the bright and spacious main level dining and kitchen area. This level also features a 1/2 bath and laundry room off the kitchen, a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, a non-conforming bedroom with a king-size daybed, TV, and darkening curtains. The owner’s suite has a king bed, two closets, and a bathroom with a luxurious steam shower.
Upstairs, you will find Bedroom 3 with three queen beds, including a fun loft space that kids will love, and Bedroom 4 with two queen beds. Additionally, there is a sixth queen bed in a cozy hall nook that children will adore. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double sink is also located on this level.

We stayed at this beautiful property with our 3 kids, some friends, and their 3 kids. It was the perfect size for the 10 of us. Everyone had their own space. It’s close enough to the lake for the older kids to go fishing in the morning/evenings when we aren’t on the boat. The house had everything we needed for our stay and is beautifully decorated. The driveway was big enough for our truck and boat to park for the night, along with the other family’s vehicle. Still had room for one or two more cars in the driveway. If we decide to go to Okoboji again, we will look for availability of this house. Great place!
