Villa Oceano is a luxurious beachfront escape located near the small but lively town of Playa Potrero. Enjoy the relaxing sound of the ocean as you have breakfast on the terrace overlooking the beach, or family fun time in the large pool and barbecue area. Kayaks and paddleboards are available for ocean adventures. This property is ideal for family getaways or group retreats, with both shared and private spaces to tailor your vacation perfectly to your needs.

4) The "Flamingo" (ground level), oceanfront and view, 1 king bed, sitting area, 1 full bathroom, deck.
5) The "Conchal" (ground level), oceanfront and view, 1 king bed, sitting area, 1 full bathroom, deck.
6) The "Grande" (2nd level), stunning ocean view, large patio with outdoor sectional and dining area, 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, dining area, living room, private laundry.
7) The "Papagayo" (3rd level), stunning ocean view, king bed, living room with pull-out sofa bed, kitchen, dining area, 1 full bathroom, deck.
Kayaks, fishing rods, and paddleboards are available by request.
This property is located on the beach in a tropical climate. You may encounter local critters like crabs, insects, lizards, geckos, and occasionally monkeys at the property. The nearby river estuary may have crocodiles during the rainy season. We do our best to keep every room pristine, but please let us know if there are any issues.

Cant safe enough on this property. Pictures do not do justice. The home felt like our own resort. Marks property was top notch and what was even better was the service levels from Fernando / Richard and the amazing cleaning lady. I would love to hire them all and send them to the USA!Fernando was 100% on point with his recommendations for food/ fishing/ zip lining etc....The cold plunge that Richard was a kid favorite. After long runs on the beach it relaxed the muscles for the rest of the day fun. The separate accommodations / lay our let us fee like we had our own homes within the home. We spent most of our time on the outdoor Kitchen!!!Thank you again Mark for sharing your beautiful home. We will be back...Thank you The Clouses
