Introducing a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome within walking distance to the Village, only a few steps away to the Free Shuttle and more (PLEASE NOTE THIS UNIT IS HAVING IT'S DECK REBUILT THIS SUMMER) You can go anywhere very easily whether it's to town, to hit the slopes, a night out. or to your favorite shop with the convenient free shuttle Bus Stop #80 that's only steps away from the home. The spacious layout and two story floor plan allows a very roomy feeling and comfortably sleeps 7-8. The open plan features a living room and dining room that overlooks an expansive deck, where you can enjoy outdoor dining to soak in the quiet forest setting and mountain views. The living room offers a pellet stove, and you can gather around the large flatscreen smart TV (no cable, streaming only) or enjoy family game night with a variety of games available. The kitchen with stone counters is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, and the spacious island offers a social open flow making it easier for family gatherings and meals. The dining space offers seating for 8 with additional bar stool seating for 2 at the kitchen island, and the outdoor furniture (Summer only) offers seating for 8, with a table top BBQ for grilling. On the entry level there is a spacious mudroom entry way to store all of your gear, plus two bedrooms and two full baths. Bedroom one features a Queen bed, flatscreen TV with Roku and an adjacent bathroom with shower. Bedroom two features three Twin beds, a flatscreen TV with Roku and a shared full bathroom accessed from the hallway featuring a tub/shower combo, and stacked private washer / dryer. On the upper level, the third bedroom features a King bed with flatscreen TV with Roku, ceiling fan, and private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The Lakeview Villas complex offers a gas BBQ grill for use in the Summer months, outdoor hot tub that is open year-round and a recreation room with games, Foosball, ping pong and a pool table. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two outdoor parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. This unit is non-smoking and has an occupancy of 7, however can accommodate up to 8 with one person using the roomy living room couch or air mattress provided. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo - it had enough comfortable space in the living room and the kitchen was so well equipped. You really could cook more than just a regular meal here with all the equipment. The dining table is fine - a little tight, but it works. Big deck for summer enjoyment. Bedrooms were fine - a bit dated in decor compared to living room but not a big deal. Having 3 bathrooms was GREAT! My only comment - bring your own TP - this was THE thinnest single ply toilet paper I have ever encountered. I don't know if it's the desire of keeping it cheap or if the plumbing can't handle regular TP - but you gotta use a ton of it to get the job done and be sure to wash your hands well. LOL Easy drive to all lodges. WIFI worked. We didn't use the TV. NOTE entry door is to the right of the main door -very confusing. I thought the locks had been changed when my key didn't work - turns out it was the wrong door.

What a clean and relaxing retreat to visit with family and friends!! The spacious kitchen has everything you could possibly need! Having three bathrooms was a HUGE plus and not easy to find anywhere!! We loved the open concept living space - we could sit at the bar in the kitchen and the large dining table! The six of us felt like there was plenty of space as we moved from the large dining table to the living room! The pellet stove was cozy and warm!! Three of us had to work one day and there was enough space for each of us to have our own work space! We took the shuttle to the Village Gondi and had some great ski days!! The Village Gondi was only a 10 minute walk. We will def be back! I watched the sunrise every morning --- beautiful views from the living/dining room!! Take me back!!

The house was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. The trolly was also close by. We also love walking to The Village for food and shopping. We didn't mind driving to use the extra amenities like the gym, pool, spa, etc. The only minor issue we experienced was not receiving a notification or email on how to obtain the keys and parking permits to the house (was not in the junk email, not via Vrbo inbox, or deleted messages). We got to the house late. We contacted the host and they called us back quickly with instructions and drove to obtain those items. We will definately come back again in the future.
