About this house rental
Our vacation rental is located in a central and quiet area on the first floor of the Residenz am Kurhaus and offers a magnificent view of the Salzhaff and the Baltic Sea. This cozy, family-friendly accommodation can accommodate up to four people and was renovated and furnished in a modern style in November 2024.
The fully equipped kitchenette, which features an oven and a dishwasher, is harmoniously integrated into the inviting living room. From this room, you can step out onto the spacious balcony, which offers a direct view of the Salzhaff and the Baltic Sea. The comfortable balcony furniture and the umbrella invite you to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun to the fullest.
The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a children’s room with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The bathroom was completely renovated in February 2026 and now features a modern, spacious walk-in shower. A travel crib and a high chair are available for our younger guests. You can park your vehicle conveniently and free of charge in the underground parking garage. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with satellite TV, a radio, and free Wi-Fi.
At the Kurhaus, you have access to a year-round swimming pool, a sauna (Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays) and a coin-operated tanning bed. A washing machine and dryer are also available at the Kurhaus for a fee.
The location is ideal for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation: the beach, promenade, restaurants, and harbor are all within easy walking distance. Right next to the Kurhaus, there’s also a bakery where you can enjoy fresh rolls or breakfast every day.
