+ Deansgate Rail Station (35 minute walk, or 8 minute by taxi)
Arrival by bus, nearest stops:
+ Great Western Street (4 minute walk)

Arrival by Flight, best directions:
+ 20-25 minutes by Taxi, such as Uber (Cost estimate. £25.00)
+ By train: From Manchester Airport to Saltburn Station via Transpennine Express, 15-20 minutes, take bus number 101 to Great Western Street, then 4 minute walk to the house.
+ By bus: From Manchester Airport, take bus number 43 to Greame Street, about 50-55 minutes, then 5 minutes walk to the house.

House Rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
6. Minimum age to book is 22.
