The property itself was fine! Very spacious, brilliant location, parking was right outside so overall we was very happy with that!

The only points we would make is they had no cleaning products when we arrived (no sponges, tea towels, fairy liquid) so when we wanted to start cooking we couldn’t clean any trays which when we arrived were dirty with grease from previous guests but luckily we had tin foil with us so this was quickly resolved. We did have to go and buy our own cleaning resources in the end as they had no stock for us. I would check before you arrive that they have everything you need already in the cupboards. We booked for 8 of us and we was missing bedding and towels for 2 guests so we had to have the cleaners come and set up the sofa beds for us. They also have sound sensors which change after 11pm-8am so if you make a noise over a certain level these sensors go off and you will receive texts and email with warnings which can result in them asking you to leave the accommodation. Me and my friends were simply chatting and these sensors went off a lot so this did put a downer on the evenings as we had to leave the lounge and kitchen areas to simply have conversations with each other. If you’re a family and have a young children who may become upset in the night I wouldn’t recommend as they would likely set off the sensors! The owners may change this prior if you gave them pre warning but that is just an assumption! I have already made these points to the owners and cleaning team. However we wanted to make others aware if they’re wanting to have a easy flowing staycation just to check these points before hand as this did add extra pressure. (The accommodation was booked for a very special occasion)

Large space Great cinema room It was clean enough. Great showering gels and conditioner. Parking right next door at £10 for 24 hours. If you want a later check out time you have to simply pay for it through a link.

Advertise it as 6 people. But you have to pay for extra bed sheets if your planning to maximise on the sofa beds ( which means x 3 bed sheets at a cost!) Towels only for 2 people. But advertise for 6 people. No floor towels after showering American Pool table cue sticks are all broken and no Chalk No Milk No kitchen Cleaning equipment No lounge area : like a sofa Bed sheets had stains on them in one of the room. Nothing is free at this apartment. It all comes at a price. Be aware for e.g extra bed sheets , late check out at 12pm cost around £37 For the Price you pay the apartment is missing alot of little but important things.

Large, comfortable, really close to the city center, lots of food options nearby, the pool table and home cinema area, how easy it is to check in and I could continue!

Easy to check in no headache or any fuss

No security at all the building and the apartment and security issues and the window seal in the kitchen was broken decidable sensor so you couldn’t enjoy the property without it being an issue

The size of the property

The beds were not clean and the material was cheap + not comfortable. Very bad service. No curtains on the windows.

Where do I start?! Incredible place in an incredible location, with absolutely amazing customer service. Located on the edge of Northern Quarter and just around the corner is a lovely pub called the Crowne & Kettle. The property itself is honestly gorgeous - the living space with the cinema and pool table was so cool, and the sofa was so comfy - so were the beds. Honestly cant rate this property highly enough. The customer service team were always on hand if we had any questions too. 10* stay - I'd give more if I could!

Absolutely nothing!

Such a gorgeous and well designed apartment, very spacious so it’s perfect for bigger groups or families! The sofa is massive and the pool table is a nice touch to keep guests entertained 😊. The beds were really comfy too! Thank you Jacksonheim team for a lovely stay
