About this house rental
You will believe in miracles when you stay in this colorful compound. Between the historic Plaza and some of the best trailheads of Carson National Forest — you can walk to either! A 30-minute drive to either Ski Resort. This two-home compound has a seasonal stream, a chorus of birdsong, hammocks, a salt water hot tub, an outdoor shower, and PRIVACY. The compound includes the Star House main house, the Star Studio (a detached multi-use studio/ bunk house/ office), and the Moon House casita.

We were looking for a place to relax and explore northern New Mexico, and this spot was perfect. Highly recommend the location.

This is such a wonderful space. It was just two of us and our dog so we only used the main house which had plenty of room. So comfortable, charming and clean. We've never stayed anywhere with so much space for our dog to roam and it was all enclosed! It's off a fairly busy road but the noise wasn't bothersome. The hot tub was also amazing. They thought of just about everything you could need for your stay including a humidifier in the bedroom, which I really appreciated. The only thing we wish it had was a grill. That would have made it a perfect stay. If you enjoy your privacy this is the place for you.

Private dog-friendly and artist’s spacious compound! Our dog Willie loved being able to safely roam in the fully fenced yard.Everything you need for a provided and the location is just perfect near Taos Plaza!
