Welcome to your luxurious getaway near Rosemary Beach in exclusive Waters Edge gated development, south of the famous Scenic 30A. This stunning 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom retreat is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests in ultimate comfort and style while enjoying the 260 feet of deeded Gulf access!

The highlight of the outdoor area is a private lap pool, heated seasonally (additional fee) for your enjoyment. A grill area invites you to indulge in outdoor dining and relaxation amidst the natural beauty of the surroundings. Just 150 feet away is the 260 feet deeded beach access where you will find seasonal beach service of an umbrella and two beach loungers waiting for you!

Adjacent to the playroom is a bunk area, perfect for kids or additional guests, featuring two twin bunks and a 32" TV. This place surpassed our expectations and was great for my bachelorette weekend! There are a plethora of kitchen facilities, check-in was easy, the beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. My two areas for feedback include having coffee filters as the rental supplies coffee grounds but you are unable to use the drip coffee maker without the filters. Further, given there is both a beach and a private pool, I would expect for beach towels to be supplied as this made for an inconvenience for us who traveled out of state.

We love staying in the Waters Edge gated community. This was our first time at this specific house and it was a good choice with a few exceptions that would’ve made our stay even better! The location and cleanliness was great, but we did not get beach chairs and an umbrella every day like they advertised and the pool lights didn’t work so we couldn’t swim in the evening.
