Clean n’ simple BnB, just 7 mins to The Strip!

Other than a few lights not working, we made it work. The house was clean, spacious and nice. We enjoyed our stay very much and Host was gracious and accommodating.

Stayed for 5 nights; lively neighborhood! Comfy beds, extra towels in bedroom closet. Only 2 forks (left a box of plasticware!) Multiple lightbulbs flickering. Needed to buy toilet paper. The master bedroom shower was not working, no water pressure; 4 adult's shared the one shower in the hall bathroom. A plus would have been how to operate television. Host responded quickly to questions, except for check out checklist. Close to grocery store and the strip. Nice outside area with pretty trees and alot of birds! Back door super hard to open. Overall we had a nice time.

We did not stay at this property - when we arrived we were told by the host that something went wrong with the software & it wasn’t ready for us BUT within minutes Kevin was able to find another property for us that was close by & very nice. We truly appreciate his efforts!

Very quiet, we slept like babies. House is spacious, some furniture, some empty. A number of bulbs were not working or unscrewed. Nice back "yard" area. Beats the heck out of staying in a busy hotel for much more money. The only real downside was hair: on the floor by the dining room table, on the smaller bathroom's wall (and a lot of dust on the inside of the door), and disgustingly in one of the beds both under the cover plus under a sheet underneath that. We would stay again in a minute at this quiet convenient location except for wondering how well the place was getting cleaned.
