About this house rental
Entire dwelling.
In the quiet of a hamlet in a charming Savoyard village.
Recent house, access by external staircase. .
On the first floor:
- A cupboard/wardrobe at the entrance
- The kitchen open to the living room with large bay windows,
- A laundry/storage area adjoining the kitchen
- A toilet.
Upstairs: (accessible by an open staircase)
- 3 bedrooms each with their own closet/wardrobe, large mirrors, desk or furniture and electric shutters.
140 cm bed in each of the bedrooms (bed linen provided)
- Lounge-library area and office.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- A toilet.
Terrace of 80 m2 with shade sail, garden furniture and sun loungers in a green and fenced garden of 800 m2 flat and some grassy mounds.
You can go hiking from the house or discover the nature reserve of the Vuache mountain a few minutes by car.
Bakery-tea room and grocery store 800 meters away in our small village.
Other shops and service 10 minutes away by car.
1 market Local products are present every Thursday afternoon on the village square.
You are at the gates of Geneva (15 minutes from the Swiss border) and 30 minutes from Annecy.
Train station 10 minutes by car, Geneva airport 35 minutes away.
Aquatic and balneotherapy area (Vitam Parc) 15 minutes away.
Close to the mountains and ski resorts.
