Barefoot was the perfect size for a couple, amenities were spot on and proximity to the beach and cafe is ideal. Modern, clean and pleasant throughout.

Loxation excellent.
The property needs a birthday. Cupboards not cleaned very well with finger marks and dirty cloth swells obvious. Some of the veneer on the cupboards is peeling off. The TV was hanging at an odd angle, and the aerial was loose and hence no picture. I had to fiddle with it to get it to work. Sand on the floor and lounge & the lounge had dirty marks.
Overall the property needs a good clean, and repairs needed. Not too much work but it is all in te detail.
Rental pricing included cleaning, but a seperate cleaning change was added. When we questioned this the agent gave us a reply that made no sense.
