Spacious house with a large living, dining and kitchen area. Bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs are well-sized though the upstairs rooms can get very warm in the hot weather (no air con upstairs).
Pool is great. 5 minute walk to the beach.
Beware of spiders/bugs around the property as the backyard is bushland - not a huge issue though.

This property presents well online.
It has a top spot a 3 min walk from the beach and cafe.
When we arrived the pool was cloudy, inside there were cob webs, dust and grot on most surfaces unfortunately.
The lock on the back deck door was broken and we had to remove the key to that door from the keys for the entire stay to lock it.
While we were there the weather was fairly stormy and because the gutters are seemingly blocked the water simply ran down the glass on the front of the upstairs and filled the window sills etc.
We nicknamed it the house of rules after being pounded with rules from booking to checkout.
The towels provided were threadbare and tore when being used through no fault of our own.
The main king bed has also seen better days and might be due for replacement.
The house smelt like a wet dog inside whenever returning from the day, very musty and gross!
We will be back to beautiful Pearl Beach, and would stay here again if we were confident saw the long overdue maintenance, got a damn good clean and was shown some love by the owners/management company.
