It is situated just 500 meters from both the town center and the beach, ensuring easy access to local amenities and seaside enjoyment. Possibility of boat trips along the cliff of Capo Caccia, with its breathtaking cliffs overlooking the sea, where the famous Caves of Neptune open up.
