Getting There:
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Inquire about gravel roads if concerned as the road conditions can change. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.
Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.

Very nice stay with great new facilities.

The condo was great for three couples—clean, spacious, and well-equipped. But we booked this property for the large boat slip, which turned into a major issue. Despite confirming slip size and availability, our assigned slip was occupied. We moved to a different slip each night and were even woken up at 2am by the rightful owner of one, demanding we leave. It truly ruined our trip. The property manager responded to messages but never resolved the problem, apologized or offered anything to make it right. If you’re not bringing a boat, it’s a nice stay. But if slip access matters, look elsewhere
