This home ensures you can take full advantage of every activity by land or by water, starting with the large, private dock ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and your own boat slip for breezy access in and out. Heading up to the deck, you’ll find everything you need for entertaining days in the sun and fresh air including barbeque and flat top grills, a TV, stereo system, and plentiful seating for enjoying casual conversation and meals al fresco. Continuing your outdoor exploration away from the home, Jetz Trampoline Park is within a 5-minute walk or you can take a short car ride over to Miner Mike’s, a family fun center featuring an interactive maze, rides, games, and snack bar. Lake of the Ozarks State Park is 4 miles away, feeding the nature lover in you with an endless shoreline, hiking trails, and hidden coves. Golf enthusiasts will want to check out the surrounding courses of Bear Creek, The Oaks at Margaritaville Lake Resort, and Osage National featuring challenging greens and fairways surrounded by stunning natural beauty. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size. Please note that the TV shown in the photos has been removed.
Bedroom #4 includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed.
The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for up to 3 vehicles.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets allowed (must be under 30 lbs). A daily Pet Fee of $25 will be included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.

Great views and located on the lake with boat access from the floating dock. The house was comfortable for 8 of us, with age ranging from 8 years to adults + one dog - sleeping accommodations for all of us. With warm fall temperatures, we enjoyed the air conditioning! The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots/pans, a large refrigerator, stove with oven, dishwasher and two options for making coffee. Washer and dryer available. The game room has a bar, refrigerator and pool table that converts to ping pong -- family fun! Outdoor dining with a grill, outdoor cooktop and cable TV. Two additional TV's indoors with cable access and WiFi. We enjoyed our time at Lake of the Ozarks!........ Please note this house has steep stairs indoors and two very steep inclines driving into the property and steep access down to the lake. Large vehicles would have difficulty accessing the house and parking is limited. We had medium size SUV's and we were able to carefully park in the designated area. With the outdoor grade and indoor steps, the house is not set up for toddlers or anyone with mobility issues. The owner responded immediately to a couple of questions - thank you! Enjoy your stay at Redbud Retreat!

The deck needs some love but over all the property was clean and had plenty of recreation space. The dock was nice. The door on the deck should lock.

We had a great time! We were right across the lake from Dog Days & could hear their live music clearly. We had perfect weather to sit outside & enjoy the music & views. Close to shopping areas & places to eat. House was perfect & was just as described. We had 11 in our group, mostly singles & plenty of places to sleep. We will definitely stay again!!
