Situated on a slight hill in a quiet, well established cul-de-sac, this warm and sunny two storey cottage is a wee gem with its well maintained interior. It also lives up to its name with glorious views from the upstairs bedrooms and the deck of Mount Robert, Mount Angelus and the St. Arnaud range. Approx 10 minutes walk to Lake Rotoiti and approx 10 minutes walk to St. Arnaud Village Store.
Special conditions: No pets. Smoking outside only (please dispose of butts thoughtfully). This property relies solely on rain water for its water supply. For this reason, please conserve water especially during the dryer months
PLEASE NOTE: Linen is NOT provided, and you are expected to clean the property before your departure
Extra's: Cleaning (Optional, NZ$115 per stay,) NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels).

Beautify appointed. Lovely and clean. Afternoons on the deck listening to the birdsong was a lovely way wind down the days. We loved our stay and we will definitely come back. Wonderful Communication from the host.

Lovely location surrounded by nature. Quite & peaceful. Cleanliness of property was disappointing but overall house was roomy and comfortable. Note that linen and cleaning are extras. No rubbish bags supplied either.
