This delightful period property built in 1941,once a family home, is situated down a quiet road, easily found. Only a 15 minute walk to the main town centre. The rooms are all very spacious, with a large kitchen with seating area, there is a lovely garden and seating area and two other areas to sit and relax. The house is well appointed and lacks nothing.
The only first world problem is there's only one bathroom, but nothing that can't be overcome

This is a perfect heritage house in an historic area. Only 10 minutes to the waterfront and 12 minutes to the town on foot.
Delightful accommodation ( the best we had in NZ) and gorgeous garden. Really well appointed and an enquiry was responded to very quickly.
