About this apartment rental
This splendid 9-room apartment is the top/1st floor of our spectacular, 1814 house. It includes 4 luxury bedrooms, each providing both a fancy decor and the highest comfort (with superior quality bedding), with private bathrooms that include all amenities, even bathrobes. The apartment also comprises a spacious and comfy living room (also with a queen-size futon), a warm dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen, with coffee (expresso, american, italian) and basics for breakfast and cooking. Every detail has been carefully thought through to make your stay an enchanting and unforgettable experience.
Located midway between Old Quebec and Mont Ste-Anne (about 15-min drive away each, and 7 min from Ile d'Orleans), our spectacular property is a serene retreat for guests in a pastoral setting with century-old willow trees and a magnificent river. Both the house and land offer the most picturesque environment.
Not only is our street (avenue Royale) a historical landmark and a favorite of Quebec's cyclists, we're also a 2-min ride away from the cycle path that goes all the way to the Old City. Cars, skis and bicyles can be stored indoor in our large 3-car garage.
Note that the apartment is accessible via an indoor stairway (see pictures - no elevator).

Marjorie was exceptionally responsive from the time of booking right through until we checked out. A perfect location, and beautiful home for our family getaway to the Québec region. We will recommend to others and will book again if visiting the area again.

We loved this place, and the owners were fantastic. They thought of every possible amenity to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The place is charming, well decorated and the location is excellent. This is one of best rentals we've ever had.

Our stay in Quebec was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the charm and quaint vibes of the apartment. They were extremely helpful in planning our daily activities and offered local recommendations that made exploring Quebec even more special. Whether it was tips on the best sights, restaurants, or hidden gems, their guidance helped us make the most of every day.Another highlight was the fresh croissants from a local bakery that the host provided — a delicious and thoughtful touch that truly showcased the local cuisine and made our mornings feel extra special.
