Located right at the top of the hill, directly across the street from the entrance to Fort Marcy Park, the nearest parking is easily accessible without stairs. This makes it an ideal choice for guests with small children or mobility issues.

While multiple staircases traverse the property grounds, this two-story unit requires climbing stairs to access the bedrooms located on the second floor.

I always love staying at these condos. Still a very good value. My only critique would be the unit needs better porch furniture. And the bathroom in the pool area needs better attention.

Great location but needs some attention to details. Loud air conditioning and loud icemaker disrupted sleep. Need pots and pans and outdoor chairs. Lovely kiva fireplace for winter.
