Never stayed here. I received a reservation change which moved us across town 3 days before our ski trip. I was notified via email only. A phone call would have been nice. The alternate property at Quail Run was fine but wasn't configured for our family and added time to our daily trip up the mountain. Minor inconvenience overall but would have appreciated better communication.

The property switched our unit a few weeks before our trip, but didn't update the check-in information, which made check-in confusing. While the unit they gave us was clean, it was definitely neglected, with a lot of broken furniture and kitchen items. The couch is broken and sags in the middle. The chairs were worn and unpleasant to sit in. A few of the dining chairs were broken. The bathroom was missing one of its sliding glass doors... and there were rocks in the fan vent. At least the beds were comfortable? We had to ask for an air mattress from the office since the listing mentioned an extra double bed, but it was nowhere in sight upon check in. Quite disappointing and will be asking for a partial refund. Location is good at least.
