About this villa rental
Located inside the luxurious resort of Reserva Conchal, you can hike or bike the trails within the 2300 acres gated community in the morning, have lunch at the private Beach Club restaurant, then spend the afternoon soaking up the rays on Playa Conchal, sipping Pina Coladas by the large club pools, or challenge yourself on the 18 hole golf course. When you are ready for outside adventure, our concierge can arrange for tours on land (rainforest, zip lines, coffee plantation...) and on the sea (fishing, snorkeling, surf lessons...). After a long day of non-stop fun, enjoy spa treatments or gourmet meals on the resort grounds, or venture out to nearby Brasilito or Tamarindo for beachside restaurants. And if you just want to relax and enjoy VILLA COCOBOLO TRÉS, this brand new architecturally significant villa will meet your expectation at every turn. Stepping into the house through the oversized solid teak front door, a beautiful white round staircase will lead you upstairs to the Great Room. With 4 meters high ceiling and teak wood paneled walls, the Great Room serves as the center of the social gathering with gourmet kitchen and stone top dining table. All the windows in the Great Room slide open to allow a seamless flow between the indoor and the outdoor. The main deck has an outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas burner and built in barbecue. Outside dining tables and a seating area complete this main outdoor deck where the view extends from Playa Conchal to Playa Flamingo.
The master bedroom with king bed and the bedroom with bunk beds are also located on the upper floor. The luxurious master bedroom boosts 4 meter high ceiling, a balcony and unobstructed ocean view from every spot in the room. The bunk room has two twin upper bunk beds over two full size beds. Custom built from teak wood, each bed has a nook with reading light and USB/outlets to charge all your devices. Downstairs, you will find three more guest bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and access to the another sea view deck and the lap pool. The outside sitting area next to the lap pool allows for a separate social area in which to hang out. An outdoor shower (with views!) and a half bath offer further convenience on the pool patio.

After booking the reservation we were immediately connected with the local concierge who made sure we had everything needed for a great stay - this included a golf cart, information about activities in the area, great restaurant recommendations and reservations, and booking a fantastic private chef. The house size was perfect for our group (four families each with one young child) and the community’s beach club was very kid friendly and had fantastic amenities, quality food, and has prime real estate on Playa Conchal which is a tranquil white sand beach with crystal clear turquoise water. The house itself is just as pictured and comes very well equipped with everything you’d need to cook big group meals. Appliances and furniture are all brand new and beds are super comfortable. There’s a little nook of the pool that stays shaded for most of the day which was a huge bonus for the kids who never wanted to get out. Couldn’t recommend the house or the team that owns and operates the property enough.

Amazing home with an incredible support team! Our family of my wife and me along with our adult children loved the awesome location with easy access to great excursions (e.g., Flamingo, Tamarindo, El Viejo). Mom and Dad loved the perfect beach location and the beautifully appointed house and gorgeous pool area. Easily, the best aspect of the rental were the team of Dixie (housekeeper), Fran and Ann (house managers). They took any challenge of logistics regarding the stay and solved them quickly and effectively. Jane (homeowner) has done a terrific job bringing architecture, comfort, style, and support together for a dream vacation. Thank you, Jane!

Our stay was absolutely incredible - definitely a 5-star experience! The accommodations were stunning, with beautiful, modern interiors and breathtaking views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. We loved starting our mornings to the sounds of birds and howler monkeys, and the lap pool and panoramic sun deck were perfect for relaxing and soaking up the Costa Rican beauty.Dixi, who helped with housekeeping and even assisted with food preparation like cutting fresh fruit, was such a delight. Ann and Francisco, our concierge team, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable by booking amazing excursions, securing restaurant reservations, and ensuring every detail was taken care of. Jane, the property manager, was very responsive and clearly takes great pride in this spectacular property.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Costa Rica.

It was an excellent stay! We enjoyed all the outdoor spaces with hummingbirds coming to visit while we enjoyed our fruits & coconuts in the morning as well as seeing the families of monkeys and other wildlife in the surrounding natural areas of the reserve while driving in and out from our various adventures. The home was very well cared for, even with all of our activity & Dixie, the house mom, went above and beyond making the stay special for us and our boys each day. We would definitely visit again.
