Welcome to our bright and modern apartment located in the heart of Civitanova Marche, just 500 meters from the sea! This apartment, situated on the sixth floor of a building with an elevator, is the ideal choice for those who want to enjoy a beach holiday without giving up the convenience and amenities of the city center.

Bathroom: A modern and clean bathroom, provided with everything you need, including towels and essential toiletries.



Living Room/Kitchen: A large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your favorite meals. In the living room, you will also find a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for accommodating up to two additional guests.



A few days before arrival, guests will receive a link to complete the online check-in process; they will be asked to input all the details of each guest, sign the tourist rental agreement, and pay the tourist tax and deposit.
