Soggiorno perfetto! L'appartamento Sul Mare è esattamente come promette: curato nei dettagli, pulitissimo e con una vista spettacolare. La posizione è ideale, a due passi dalla spiaggia e vicino a tutto. Letto comodo, cucina attrezzata, e accoglienza calorosa da parte della proprietaria.. Un piccolo angolo di relax a Civitanova, con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

Alcuni attrezzi da cucina lasciavano un po a desiderare vedi caffettiera, strofinacci e telecomando (poi sostituito)

Vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Fronte mare. Casa spaziosa e proprietaria gentilissima.
L'alloggio è piuttosto lontano dal centro (+ di 2 km.) e dalla stazione. Si trova a ridosso dei binari del treno e risulta rumoroso per il passaggio dei treni. Consiglierei di aggiungere una macchinetta per caffè automatica, un microonde e alcuni accessori in più nella cucina: un apriscatole sarebbe molto utile.
