About this house rental
House in Borgo Marinaro, is located in the center of Civitanova Marche, 200 m from Piazza XX Settembre and 30 m from Corso Umberto I.
And 'the typical fisherman's house, on two floors: kitchen (with sofa bed) and closet on the ground floor; bedroom and bathroom on the first floor.
E 'small but very cozy and romantic, it has suffered the feeling of being at home, with all the independence that goes with it.
Usually there is possibility of parking house forward, which allows you to leave the car and move around on foot, in fact, the beauty of this house is to be close to all that you imagine it can serve: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops , train station, banks and the two beaches, sand or rocks.
The sea is just a short stroll of 3 minutes and you'll be immediately caught the embarrassment of having to choose between the various Establishments variously equipped Bathing.
Among other things, Civitanova Marche, is a small town that has a lot of initiative as to organization of events and is second to no other Marche coastal resort.
Music performances and free cabaret in the square; markets on the waterfront; Summer Carnival; fairs.
Not to mention the numerous trendy bars every night offer different themed shows and various aperitifs.
It is also the privileged position that has Civitanova than inland towns.
It is located just off the motorway and expressway, convenient to take to do a walking holiday and get to know our beautiful Marche.

I think it is ideal place which is very comfortable and have everything required for live. Wi-Fi internet was very good, I was able to work from home. House is very stylish and absolutely clean. Very pleasant was to have some food already prepared by Manola for breakfast (I arrived at might and this was very nice to know that I don't need to think about finding food) House is situated in the city center. It is 2 minutes to main square where on Saturdays you can visit market. It is around 10 minutes walk distance to beaches (there are there with sand and with pebble).
I spent wonderful 12 days in this house and will come back with pleasant!
