Wooded Sands is a spacious multi-level retreat that sleeps 14 across five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, offering plenty of room for families or groups. The home features central air, ceiling fans, high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and multiple TVs, including a 50" smart TV and a Nintendo Wii. Guests can enjoy a wood-burning fireplace and outdoor firepit (please bring your own firewood), drivable private beach access just minutes away, and privacy with no neighbors in view. Conveniently located less than an hour from Grand Haven and Muskegon, this wooded oasis provides easy access to golf, fishing, and Michigan's beautiful lakes and trails.

Everything was wonderful! The host was great, the house was beautiful, roomy and very clean. Many amenities!! We had everything we needed!

We stayed here for my son's wedding in New Era. It was a great place for our group. It was a little challenging to drive to, but the area was beautiful in the fall.

Very spacious..only ended up with 7 guests so there was more than enough space to prep for my daughter’s wedding! Kitchen table was probably the most used space as we had assembly line, bouquets, guests gift boxes and even all the bridesmaids doing makeup there before the wedding. All rooms and bathrooms were clean though the carpets could use a good steam. Beds were very comfortable and house was well appointed. I would add you should have cleaning crews blow out the garage weekly as the sand and dirt tends to get tracked in easily.
