Come unwind and bond as a family at our country escape. With 7.9 acres of hobby farmland, chickens, horses and a river that runs through, you’ll feel miles away from reality. The large decking has plenty of space for everyone to sit back and relax.
The front lawn boasts a perfectly manicured grass that is any cricketers, golfers, soccer players dream back yard pitch.
Inside the property you will find 4 large bedrooms, the main bedroom and ensuite at one end of the house and the other 3 sharing the second bathroom at the other end . Every bedroom has sliding door access to step straight into the outdoors.
This property is on rainwater, we ask that you be mindful of this while using the water.
NO PARTIES we will not allow large parties and will not tolerate misleading information on the number of guests that are included within the booking.
There is additional fees on extra guests so please be truthful.
During Winter, complementary firewood will be supplied for the duration of one night.
Pet friendly! Just be sure to let us know in advance if your furry friends are coming for the holiday.
Guest access
Eighteenontonto is a family run working farm, beyond the fence is a shed and horse stables that are not accessible to the guests.
The office inside the house is also a private room not accessible.
Please be mindful of the electric fences and always use the gate access when walking down to the river.
Sean is our go to man with any problems within the house or property. You can find his number on the fridge or alternatively you may see him working around the place.
Other things to note
When leaving the house, please leave keys in lock box to avoid loosing keys.

We had a wonderful time with family. We loved spending time outside playing table tennis and darts, and making our own pizzas - the outdoor area was incredible. Plenty of amenities for everyone, we really enjoyed our stay.
