About this house rental
Be a Masterchef during your stay and enjoy full use of a 900mm electric oven and gas cooktop, stone benches along with a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and many kitchen gadgets and appliances. The master bedroom is also located upstairs and features a private balcony, ensuite and walk-in robe. A guest powder room is also located on this level.
Downstairs has a second living room with TV, board games cupboard and a split system. On this level, there are four bedrooms, two bedrooms with queen beds, one with a single over a double and one with 2 sets of bunks, each of the bedrooms have a built-in robe.
A separate toilet, washbasin and bath/shower along with the laundry area located on this level.
Plenty of off-street parking, with a double garage and room for four more cars in the driveway. This is a non-smoking property. As pet owners ourselves we allow pets but within the following rules. Dogs are welcome, but need to stay in the double garage and or secure dog run, whilst there is a small room downstairs along with a portable house that can be used for a cat if required.
This is a fully self-contained holiday rental property. Quilts, sheets, pillows and towels are provided, with beds made up ready for your stay.
Located less than a 5 minute walk to the Normanville Jetty, it is ideal for beach lovers. Likewise, the various dine in, take away shops and supermarkets are only a couple of minutes drive by car or a gentle walk of less than 10 minutes.
