The staff really try their best to make your stay comfortable. I liked that there was always someone around. The design of the rooms is nice and it was spacious. The bed was comfortable too. The pool was lovely. For the affordable price you may also not expect too much.

The hotel is under renovation i suppose, because there are parts of the building inside that appear broken or unfinished. The room does not yet live up to hygienic standards; the bathroom was not properly cleaned and some things were dusty and rusty. I thought this might be due to the fact that we booked last-minute, but i read this in other reviews too. I'd also suggest Wilroma to provide basic things like enough towels, toilet paper and some soap. We had to go ask for things and we felt a bit demanding to ask for many things. The staff was super friendly but communication (in English) was a bit difficult. They are a bit young and shy but i think they have the potential in proudly representing their workplace. In general, I think for now this hotel is better equipped for hosting nationals than foreigners in terms of standards and communication.
