Exclusive sea view townhouse with private plunge pool in La Valvega, La Cala de Mijas

Great location, everything you need for a family holiday, everything in the property is practically new!!

The internet does not work well & we all ran out of date!!

The property was lovely- very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The grounds exceeded our expectations with a well kept grassy area around the pool. ( 2 pools plus a toddler/ baby pool) with sun loungers and umbrellas available to use and, when we were there, it was always very quiet. There is a carrefour and an Aldi both within easy walking distance and a 5 to 10 minute stroll takes you into the town with a wide choice of restaurants bars, entertainment and a lovely beach.

Nothing to dislike but renters should be aware that the property is on four floors- basement with utility and entry from the car park, main floor with Kitchen, lounge area and patio which opens directly onto a path with stairs down to the pool area, the second floor has two bedrooms , one ensuite and a house bathroom and the top is a lovely patio area again with sun loungers and the plunge pool. There are 18 steps between each floor with a glass banister The stairs from the lounge open directly from the area between the lounge and kitchen and with very small children this was potentially quite dangerous. The property could also benefit from an information booklet explaining where rubbish should be put (local recycling rules ) entry exit codes local supermarket times doctors/hospitals etc .

The house was very spacious and had everything we needed for a self-catering family holiday. The pool area was amazing, very safe and perfect depth for our children. The kitchen had everything to make life easier prepping food for a big family! Couldn’t have asked for more!

The place was perfect. Private pool was amazing and communal pools and gardens were great for the kids.
