Neubau, sehr sauber und ruhig, schöne Wohnung in hellen Farben. Reguläre check- in Zeit ist 15.00 Uhr, könnte etwas früher sein, aber der Gastgeber hat auf meine Bitte hin einen Check-in um 14.00 Uhr ermöglicht, was ich sehr nett und lobenswert finde, danke dafür!!

Єдиний мінус, це проблеми з скринькою для ключів. Склалось враження що зломана, дуже довго не могли відкрити. Було б добре замінити

The location is great and that's about all. The building is new, close to the river and to the city center, as well as the tram & bus stops. Ah, and there is a washing machine.

The renting agency charges PLN 500 deposit for potential damages and - as the apartment has many scratches on the walls - I'd recommend taking a video upon you check in and on your check-out, just to make sure there are no misunderstandings with getting back the deposit. The check-in process looks really easy: you get access information via a guest profile online where you can extend your stay, pay for an earlier check-in or, allegedly, contact the renting agency via WhatsApp. They ask you to 'immediately report any issues with the apartment to avoid being charged'. The problem is that the WA number linked to the button 'Contact us via WhatsApp' never answers and from the number that is on the Booking.com page you get a message that they do not recognize the first number. Then they recommend texting a different number that sends you back to the initial one that they 'do not recognize'. Kind of a disappointing communication mess that does not really make you feel comfortable as you've just paid the deposit, the living room & kitchen have scratches all over the walls and you're asked to report any issues... The apartment has the bare minimum. It feels like they started renting it before preparing it fully for guests or just without giving it a bit more care. There are no towel racks or hooks in the bathroom, some pans and pots are not suitable for the induction plate, the cutting board is damaged...
