pokój na parterze , taras , lokalizacja , dwa pokoje obok siebie , nowe budownictwo. I łyżka do butów
Problematyczne otwieranie drzwi przy pomocy długiego kodu . Wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego - 1 mała łyżeczka , 1 mała filiżanka do kawy , opadające drzwi szafek , powypaczane blaty , brak ociekacza na naczynia . W łazience brak półki pod prysznicem , nie ma gdzie położyć mydła , szamponu czy gąbki ale to niestety standard w obiektach przeznaczonych typowo pod wynajem. Meble na tarasie to najtańsze balkonowe do odpoczynku się nie nadawały . Nawet baterie w pilocie tv zużyte . Za oknem widok na bazę transportową , z której o 6,30 rozbrzmiewały odpalane silniki diesla . Widać , że mieszkanie typowo pod wynajem , obsługiwane przez firmę a właściciel tu raczej nie zagląda.

Ładnie wykończony pokój z aneksem kuchennym w spokojnej okolicy. Wygodne łóżko. Na wyposażeniu suszarka do włosów i wentylator. Na stanie jednorazowe stopery do uszu. W poblizu galeria Kazimierz oraz teatr.
Wejście do pokoju poprzez kod, bez kluczy. Pokój powstał z podzielenia jednego mieszkania przez co wszystko słychać z pokoju obok. Zatrzaskowe ciężkie drzwi robiły dużo hałasu. Brak prywatności na tarasie.
