Matei Residence

It was simply wonderful! Not only was the room very clean and spacious, the view from the balcony should make you come visit alone! I loved how quiet and calm it was, like escaping the city and all its noise - and at the same time being only one stop from the city centre by bus! I didn't miss a thing in the apartment, the bed was very comfortable and I loved that the doors had a fly screen so you could sleep with an open window and door without having to worry about bugs coming in! When I was visiting it was crazy hot in Brasov, but as the apartment is in the middle of the woods higher up, the temperature dropped significantly! On top of all of that I adored the host, Viorica, a kind older lady that made sure I had everything I needed - she even brought me fruit from her garden and self-made Papanasi, which was delicous! She gave me a lift, when she went to the city herself and was generally such a warm person to be around, but also gave me my space! It felt like staying with my grandmother :)

Einfahrt etwas schwer zu finden, man muss einen Schotterweg runter.
