Хазяйка була дуже привітна та гостинна, апартамент був невеликим, але чистим, зручним, затишним, з балкону був прекрасний вид на Брашов. Гарне ліжко, чудова нова ванна кімната, великий балкон зі столиком, де ми мали чудовий сніданок, який можна приготувати на окремій кухні - вона теж дуже гарна та зручна. Навколо природа та спів пташок, жодного шуму від міста, і при цьому всього 15 хвилин пішки до старого центру, власна парковка, де можна було залишити автівку навіть після виселення, та дуже тепле ставлення до гостей. Ми отримали значно більше, ніж сплатили за приміщення, щиро дякуємо! І ваша випічка та яблучка надзвичайно смачні, ще раз дякуємо!

Такого не було взагалі, мені все дуже сподобалось, ми отримали більше, ніж сподівалися! Щиро рекомендую цей апартамент!

Ne a placut foarte mult comunicarea cu proprietarii, doamna foarte foarte draguta, comunicativa, ne a îndrumat de tot si cu tot ceea ce aveam nevoie. O curățenie excelenta, de locație nu mai zic. Abia așteptăm sa mai revenim! Recomand!

Fantastic accommodation with a kitchen in Matei Residence. Very nice, clean, spacious and everything you need for accommodation is in the room. After 14 days on the road, we really appreciated the possibility of doing our laundry. The apartment is located in the countryside above Brasov with a beautiful view. Compared to the city center, it has completely problem-free parking and traffic through Brasov. A walk to Brasov takes 15 minutes through the forest park and you are right on the ancient square. You can also use, for example, the city transport, which runs every 20 minutes from early morning until midnight. Some navigation systems do not know the address. This can be discouraging. The location on the map is very accurate, so you can read the coordinates on mapy.cz, for example, which the navigation system can easily handle. Coordinates 45.6470031N, 25.5781481E. If I add a very pleasant and helpful landlady to that, there is nothing to criticize. I fully recommend the accommodation.

Amplasata in mijlocul naturii, la 18 minute de mers pana in Piața Sfatului, această casă cu loc de joacă pentru copiii este foarte curată si are o bucătărie utilată cu toate cele necesare. Gazdele au fost minunate și ne-au oferit informațiile necesare pentru a avea un sejur de vis. Vă mulțumim și vom reveni cu drag.
