Acogedor Refugio con Terraza

A beautiful, spacious, and impeccably maintained apartment that is fully equipped with everything you need. Having a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer was a massive plus for our longer stay! The location is perfect—right by the historic center, which is an amazing place to spend an afternoon wandering, enjoying incredible Spanish food, and soaking up the local vibe. We absolutely loved our time here and highly recommend it!

One important tip for drivers: Street parking in this area is a major challenge due to how crowded Madrid has become. Unfortunately, our car ended up getting scratched while parked on a nearby side street, which was a real downer. If you're driving, we highly recommend looking into a local parking garage instead. Hint for the host: Partnering with a nearby garage or investing in a dedicated parking spot in the future would make this 5-star stay absolutely perfect!

Host wasn’t very responsive. Just received the automated messages. Maybe because it was the weekend? Mattress was a bit hard. Large Crack in one of the wash basins looks not nice. Lounge only seats 3 but there is enough room for a bigger lounge so seat 4

Super super schoon en netjes!

Locatie was een buitenwijk. Voor ons ideaal, maar niet een heel gezellig plek als je echt Madrid bezoekt.

Muy luminoso y nuevo .

Las camas incómodas y chirreantes (cambiabas de posición y el ruido te desvelaba). Almohadas muy gastadas, como si no tuvieses, tuvimos que apañarnos las con las de los sofás de la terraza inhabilitada que encontramos en un armario. Menaje de cocina muy escaso. No hay tostadora , ni exprimidor para zumos, ni un simple rallador, cosas básicas para preparar un desayuno. Aunque siempre existe la posibilidad de usar una sandwichera que hay, si te gustan las tostadas planchadas 😂
