La facilitat d'entrada amb les claus automàtiques, la comoditat de l'apartament, la localització. No hi mancava res! A més a més del detall d'aigua fresca en l'arribada en plena onada de calor. Fantàstic aire acondicionat. Cuina completisima. I resta perfecte.
Pot ser com a però l'aparcament. Dificilíssim al carrer. Per tant, comoditat de pagar més i fer ús del propi de l'apartament.

1) Apartamento agradable a pesar de ser un bajo. 2) Aire acondicionado en todo el apartamento. 3) Cerca del centro histórico. 4) Con parking en el interior.
1) Puerta de la calle de hierro justo al lado de la habitación, muy ruidosa cada vez que entraba o salía alguien. No dormimos (urge instalar un muelle de cierre silencioso). 2) Las puertas de las habitaciones necesitan aceite en las bisagras. 3) Apartamento muy descuidado (es una pena!) Suelo al que le falta una buena limpieza, estaba mugriento (en la suela de las zapatillas se pegaba la suciedad).
