Bina yeni inşa edilmiş, bu sebeple malzemeler yeni ve temiz. İnternet bağlantısı hızlı, sıcak su kesilmiyor. AC-klima mevcut. Evin otoparkının olması kolaylık.
Yataklar yumuşaktı, sert yatak sevenler için uygun değil, ayrıca ortopedik de değil, bu durum rahatsızlık oluşturabilir. Tesisin bulunduğu konum tamamen inşaat sahası, bu durum özellikle sabah ve akşam saatlerinde eve ulaşmakta ciddi soruna sebep oluyor, her yer çamur içinde.

Positiv: Alles war einfach perfekt. Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich freundlich und stets hilfsbereit – egal, worum es ging. Man fühlte sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut.
Negativ: Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden.
