Place to stay

We liked the panoramic view from all windows, the lift, the underground parking, the location- walking distance from tourist centre (and close to the bus station to other cities and abroad), very clean apartment, very good central heating (warm in winter), spacious living room, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, big supermarket some minutes away (you see FreshStore from the balcony, on the lawn), other small shops on neighboring streets, coffee- restaurant near. We liked everything.

Definitely do-able

Our host was very responsive to questions and needs. I feel that with a few updates to the place, we'd be glad to stay again.The size of the living room and kitchen and having two toilet rooms was convenient. The beds were comfortable. The grocery store was nearby.

The linens for the beds and towels were quite worn out. Hand soap and dish soap were lacking on the first night. The apartment has some definite cosmetic updates needed. The shower head was not fully connected, we worked with it, but it was fragile....and leaky.

- Convenient location near the bus terminal - Nice and big 8th floor apartment with lift - Very friendly and helpful owner who speaks perfect English

- 20€ cleaning fee is not immediately obvious, and not everything was as perfectly clean as you would expect for that money - Check-in agent was the cleaning lady who didn’t speak English, communication was difficult - We had to street park because the garage space was „unavailable“

We spent a week in Pristina and this was perfect for a brief but meaningful exploration of Kosovo.

Parking in the garage beneath the building was superb and very convenient. Ilir is a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Cafés and supermarkets are close by and the walk into the city centre is both interesting and lively.

It is not a reflection on the apartment in any way, but the sight of trash in the streets of Pristina takes a little getting used to.

We appreciated the quick and easy communication with Ilir! Very cooperative! We had a seminar nearby, it was the perfect location for us. Well equipped, even iron and iron board, dishwasher. We liked the beautiful wooden floor.

Spent 3 months here and it was Great,i used ca.12 min to Pristina center from apartment via the underpass witch you find if you hold right when you leave your apartment, right up to the highway,hold right and you see a yellow concrete slab,so you walk down there and pop up on the other side and just keep right.ubt university is a great Landmark for taxies to find when you are going home again,every taxi no where this is.🤩stable internet, elevator, dishwasher,oven, washing machine, flat screen tv and a good bed with new top madras.enjoyed my stay 👍

My favorite Apartment in Pristina

I love this Apartement!!! Its have everything inside, only thing what u need to buy ist just food. WOW! I had days where i forgot that i am not in my Home so much comfortable is this apartment. I am totaly in Love. Its not my first time in pristina and i can say this was the best and cheapest apartment what i had there. A comfortable couch, a comfortable bed, good Kitchen! Totaly clean apartment! Nice few, i loved to be in Balcony in the evening. Elivator also inside in this House, Market 2 minutes far with feet. Coffee is in front of the house. And if u need a Coronatest, also near there i drive with car maybe 6 minutes. I just can say take this apartment for a Holiday in Pristina

The only think (its not to much negativ) is the Shower, i think a Shower cubicle would be better there because its a bit problematic to enter inside because of this "glas" what is in the Shower.

Of all the places I have visited in this world, Kosovo and it people are so friendly.. our apartment was superb with coffee shop and supermarket so close. Brilliant landlord with a welcome pack of cider and beer. A1 🥰

El departamento amplio, cómodo para dos personas. Limpio y con el servicio que se necesita. A quince minutos caminando desde el terminal de buses. Las vistas desde el octavo piso. Quiero destacar la amabilidad, preocupación por nosotros del anfitrión. Estuvo siempre en contacto, antes de llegar y durante nuestra estadía, además nos llevó comida tradicional, un gesto de gran persona.

Tener en cuenta un detalle. La tina o bañera es un poco alta, y hay que tener cuidado al salir.
