You have everything you need here. Very nice view, a place to enjoy the sunset and more.
The second room doesn't have an AC, but if you leave the door open, you get the nice temperature in the room , too, from the living room's AC. Also, as in Albania, most of the "cool guys" are showing off their cars with the wroooom wroom, extremely loud exhaust of their cars. It was a bit challenging to sleep in the room with the balcony. Also, when we wanted to cook dinner at home, it was a bit challenging as the fusses were breaking off. Even though it has everything for cooking something.
