Very good stay

This was a very good stay. First amazing and responsive hosts always available and easy to reach and communicate. The apartments were super clean and large. Location is good, not in the center but in a quieter area with some other hotels and close to couple of nice beaches. I very much enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful stay

Very friendly hosts, great breakfast and the rooms are very modern and clean. They even considered that we are vegetarian during breakfast. I definitely recommend Eleanna Hotel!

The last two days we didn’t get warm water but considering the warm temperatures that was fine.

Lovely hosts, hotel and location!

The family that owns Apartments & Hotel Eleanna is extremely friendly, supportive, and attentive to your needs. The room was always very clean and the breakfast was delicious. The beach is actually much closer than Google Maps shows, thus we only needed to walk around 5-7 minutes to reach it. We will definitely consider coming here again!

Everything was perfect! Just occasionally at night, there was not a lot of warm water, but being summer we didn't mind that much!

Exceptional

The hosts are amazing, they were very kind. We have got help in any question we had. They have a parking lot, so you didn't need to worry about it, believe me it's a hard task in Sarande. The apartment is very close to the sea, restaurants, market in 100m radius. The breakfest was quite good too, nothing special but very satisfying for us.

The breakfast wasn’t the same all the time. It was tasty. Less than 5 minutes to the sea. Owners and staff were very friendly.

The Wi-Fi was a little poor at the apartments. But if you come closer to the router it becomes better.

It was new and clean.

The owner tried to draw money from my card even before our arrival, though the card was only to confirm identity. Than he took money in cash and didn’t tell me that he tried already. The breakfast was poor. The understanding of English was below minimum. The place is in a very bad area to rich with car or motorcycle. The hot water was dropping, not running. I wouldn’t stay there.

Exceptional

I really enjoyed everything at the property. The host, Dimitra, is awesome; she is very helpful, the breakfast is handmade and diversified. The rooms were clean, the bed sheets are exchanged daily, nice apartment. Parking is included. The accommodation is close to the beach, about 5 minutes walk from 2 nice beach bars, Mango Beach and Santa Quaranta hotel/beach bar. I

Excellent!

I really liked the hostess (Dimitra) of the hotel. She was truly hospitable, sweet, kind and always cooked something delicious for our breakfast. The hotel was very peaceful and comfortable. We had a room with a sea view which I adored and it had everything it should have had according to Booking. The wifi was good enough for my sister to work from there. It is located close to the main road and nearby there are restaurants, markets, hotels, beach bars and cafés. The center is 20-30 minutes walking distance from the hotel. I recommend this place for having a great holiday.
