I would like to register my sincere appreciation and uttermost regards for the diligence and absolute politeness of the entire staff. I am particularly impressed by their eagerness to assist the guests. I have travelled all over the world and been to Accra a few times as well. But so far this establishment and in particular the staff sense of duty remain one of the best I have encountered. The facilities were all in working order. Of all my previous visits to Ghana in over a decade, only two estblishments I would say rank same or higher: Sogokope Beach Resort and The Royal Senchi, Akosombo - even though those resorts charge more than three times as much as Maat. I say this with all sense of humility and sincerity. An extremely pleasurable and exceptionally great experience in all ramifications. I would certainly recommend and indeed visit again.

Not much apart from the wifi signals not particularly great in the bedroom. But it wasn't really that much of an inconvenience to me.

The comfort

Bathroom is not really clean

The major problem I had was that coming inside the apartment from outside, under the step between the inside and outside, there is an unsafe space. When I was coming in from outside, the toe areas of my slippers got stuck under that space and I fell down and sustained a deep cut on two of my right toes. Jo and Pascas wee with me on that day but I maintained a friendly low profile about it. So, I think those guys can help management to correct that serious safety problem. But all things being equal, I like your staff. Jenkins The manager was, Dominic, was very customer oriented and would bend over backward for his customers. And his support staffers were very helpful to me whenever I needed them

The kitchen sink had boiling water but there is no cold water and that is unsafe. And, again, under the step between the entrance from outside into the inside of the apartment needs to be corrected so it won't create major hurts to someone else as it did to me, and I'm still hurting as a result. And your staffers Jo and Pascas were with me on that day, and I'm sure they can show you where my slippers got stuck under the door silk.
