Rewelacyjna lokalizacja mieszkania, bardzo blisko na Skwer Kościuszki i do najważniejszych atrakcji Gdyni. W pobliżu sklepy spożywcze i restauracje. Apartament bardzo przestronny, wygodny, nowocześnie urządzony i dobrze wyposażony. Zdjęcia odwzorowują stan rzeczywisty. Bardzo dobry kontakt z osobą odpowiedzialną za wynajem.
Niektóre elementy wyposażenia mieszkania wymagają poprawek - w kuchni brakowało małych łyżeczek, drewniane deski do krojenia były popękane a jedna złamana na pół. W zmywarce brakowało soli i nabłyszczacza. W jednym z pokoi przydałaby się lampka nocna lub zamontowany kinkiet. Pościel była już dość zużyta, warto rozważyć zakup nowych poduszek i kołder. Szwankował również pilot do telewizora.
