Location

The location is perfect. It is a spacious two bedroom, one bathroom, for Max 3 people. Furniture is old, but still kind of working. It has a hob, microwave, some kitchen utensils, and various fans and radiators. Check-in by Picking Up the keys was fast and easy (free of charge). Supermarket and too many restaurants, cafes and pubs around.

We had to clean it ourselves, cause there was dust and hair everywhere. There is no change of bedsheets or towels during stay, which is OK but washing machine does not work properly for medium/big loads, it is small and rudimentary and it does not spin properly. Flat needs paint, fixing here and there, removing mould, etc. It also needs better light. Toilet seat was broken, as well as curtain rails. Vertical drop on a insecure window (they should put a laminated sign up to be careful). It was annoying to have to repeatedly ask for instructions to pick up the keys Free of Charge (cause receiving us in the flat was 25-50€ extra, no way we were going to pay for that, never seen such thing in any other accommodation)

There was no A/C and it's summer so you can only imagine how hot it was. There where windows/ doors but it didn't do any help 😕

la posizione dell’appartamento era ottima, super centrale; la ragazza che ci ha portato le chiavi era molto gentile e disponibile. L’appartamento esteticamente é molto carino ma un po’ lasciato andare.

Hanno chiesto 30€ per il check-in che non erano stati comunicati prima (pagabile solo in contanti); non c’era sale, olio, caffè, niente in cucina se non gli utensili; l’acqua in doccia é diventata fredda più volte e i riscaldamenti non erano presenti, di notte faceva davvero freddo, abbiamo avuto a disposizione solo due stufette che facevano davvero poco e tre plaid oltre al piumino molto leggerò nei letti. Inoltre la tavoletta del gabinetto era rotta.
