Easy access very comfortable bed, towel provided peaceful and car parking available

No tv available but i never expected it cos it didn’t state it had one. It would have been good to see one though in bedroom.

This property has a huge potential.. I suspect lack of resources is hindering progress.

The simplicity of the operation. It has potential but needs even a modest investment. A partner to take a stake in the enterprise could undertake the development necessary.

The outside front space needs improvement to the surface. The splendid 2+acre space at the back could be easily improved by simply mowing the meadow and improving the ground towards the river. The pillows were quite thin.

Pleasant place to stay.

The house had plenty of parking. The internet worked well. The room was not big. The double bed was up against the wall. The bed was comfortable. The shared kitchen was big. The bathroom was okay, but the toilet took forever to fill up after you flushed it,

We had trouble finding the place on google maps. I phoned the owner, and she guided us to the house.

I was met at the property by a odd acting, shirtless man, looking for tools from my van to fix the property. I didn't want to let him into the van but after he persisted, I agreed to lend him a hammer. I checked into the room with my 10 year old daughter and we left for the evening, returning around 10pm. At 11 the owner turned up at my bedroom, ranting, with a tin off beer and what appeared to be a paint scraper! He said he could see people in the back garden and Ask me to come out of the room to look. I reluctantly did but there was no one there! At this stage my daughter was extremely scared. I told him I was going to bed and locked the door. The rest of the night was spent by myself sitting on the bed watching over my daughter to make sure he didn't come back. Terrifying night altogether.

After the £10 service fees added from booking.com, we wished we'd just stayed in an Airbnb.

The location is fine, easy to find. Good parking.

Immediately met with handwritten "No parties/loud music" signs the second we opened the door was off-putting, and gave us a bad vibe. Immediately thought.. what kind of people stay here?! The "budget double" room was tiny, barely room to put a bag down, no hooks for wet towels. The bathroom didn't feel clean.

Terrible communication, took our money. I booked this property and cancelled my booking not even 5 minutes after booking it upon realising the location was too far away from where we needed to be. I called the house and they told me they don’t handle the financial aspects. 24 hours later still no response and even after an email we had no response. We would appreciate our full refund as we did not even have the place booked for up to 10 minutes it was almost an immediate cancellation.

Loads of Shared Living Space, Sitting Room with open fire, TV in lounge, WIFI excellent, Modern well equipped Kitchen and spacious Dining area, Complimentary ,Tea, coffee, Biscuits etc, Nice Wild back garden with a lovely Walk down to the River, Shared Bathroom was spotless with complimentary shower gels etc, Large Shower cubicle with loads of Hot water and excellent pressure, Loads of parking off street, Well lit outside plus warm comfy and inviting inside, Cosiest Bed I ever slept in, Location is Rural ,Peaceful and Sleep was uninterrupted, Mary is a lovely Host who made me feel at Home,

Cogimos este alojamiento de ultima hora,el mismo día y nos llevamos una grata sorpresa. Aunque esté alejada del centro de Limerick,las vistas al río son preciosas y se respira tranquilidad. Cómo puntos fuertes,el patio exterior es enorme para un buen desayuno y la cocina compartida tiene todo lo necesario,además de ser espaciosa. Es cierto que la habitación es muy pequeña,pero la cama es cómoda.

Lo único que podría remarcar es mejorar la limpieza del baño.

__ Chambre minuscule (environ 7 m²) difficile de circuler d'autant que l'armoire ne sert à rien, des étagères seraient plus fonctionnelles vu la dimension de la chambre. __ Isolation inexistante. Entre la chambre 1 et 2, tout s'entendait.

Čista, a tudi zelo lepa posteljina ter ogledalo v sobi.

Zelo mala soba za 2, iz hladilnika je zaudarjalo, nič pravega stika z lastnico, slab wc kotliček, tanke stene, ter premalo odlagalnih površin v sobi in v kopalnici.

Pratique mais vraiment très moyen sur la propreté

Situé à plus ou moins mi-chemin entre Clifden et Cork, ce logement permet de faire une halte. Draps et linge de bain propres.

Je n'ai pas aimé devoir faire la vaisselle avant de manger. La vaisselle rangée dans le placard était sale. Dépôt blanc au fond des casseroles, couverts mal lavés, etc. Louche et ustensiles gras à côté des plaques de cuisson. Beaucoup de toiles d'araignée, tâches sur les murs. Je n'ai pas aimé qu'un homme, qui vit visiblement à l'arrière de la maison dans une cabane en tôle, laisse traîné ses canettes de bière vides tard dans la soirée. (4 sur le sol, à côté d'un sac qui en contenait plusieurs autres vides). Chacun fait ce qu'il veut mais ça n'inspire pas confiance.
