Cozy house, fireplace, TV, quiet, fire-pit down the hill.
We had to go get propane. Then we noticed a big hole in the grill. Screen was off the door and draw just hanging in the kitchen. The chairs down by fire pit are broken but we brought our own so wasn't a problem. Needs minor repairs over all and a new outside grill. Plus needs new key pad it doesn't open had to make a few calls. Had to buy are own fire wood.
