The pictures absolutely do not do it justice! What a beautiful setting! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is great—next to restaurants, breakfast cafes, a supermarket, and all of the incredible adventures in the Arenal area. Common areas are charming, and the pool is nice. The staff is so helpful and friendly. We were a large group with young kids, teenagers, and 20agers, and everyone was happy.
I would not hesitate to stay or recommend Iris again.

Desde que entré a la habitación encontré cucarachas caminando , la cortina no daba el ancho de la ventana y se podía ver de afuera hacia adentro olía mucho a cigarro por todo lado
