The residence itself was great. It was clean, really well stocked with anything we needed, and felt like everything (building, appliances, furniture, linens, etc) were brand new
The location on the river and large grassy yard were great for us and our dog.
The location is not great for walking or running along the river. This didn’t bother me since I don’t mind running through neighborhoods to get to it, but I could see it being an issue for some.

Great location close enough to UNR and the casinos. Nice yard backing up to the river. Super spacious, well equipped home, tastefully decorated and very comfortable for my family. Very easy check in and check out procedures. Overall, wonderful and affordable option.
