Für uns war die Lage optimal, der einchecken, unproblematisch und alles war vorhanden, es war sehr sauber.

Der Zugang ist etwas seltsam, Keller-Atmosphäre.

Apartamento moderno y acogedor para una o dos personas. Todo estaba muy limpio , el apartamento tenia todo tipo de utensilios de cocina .. algo que facilitó mi estancia para poder prepararme alguna comida. Otros muchos detalles, plancha, secador de pelo,.. que en otros lugares echo en falta. La cama muy cómoda! Instrucciones sencillas para la entrada y rápida comunión por chat con el personal. Otro aspecto positivo , es que a diferencia de otros apartamentos , la calefacción funciona genial y logras tener el apartamento a buena temperatura muy rápidamente. Está situado en muy buena zona cerca del metro y supermercado. Lo recomiendo muchísimo ya es mi segunda vez en este alojamiento !

Vi algunos comentarios sobre las obras … lo cierto es que durante mi estancia estuvieron poco tiempo , así que no fue una molestia para mí. En cuanto al olor en el pasillo… es cierto que hay aroma no muy agradable y supongo que en gran parte es por falta de ventilación ya que no hay…. Pero por suerte esto no lo sientes dentro del apartamento !

The property was well equipped and clean. Both the kitchen and the bathroom had everything we needed. We particularly appreciated the toaster and the coffee maker, including the coffee and the tea that was available. The bed was on the comfortable side, too. The storage space was also sufficient. One thing that stood out was the excellent location - quiet and outside of the centre but well-connected via the U-Bahn and with all necessary facilities around. There was a supermarket, two bakeries, a pharmacy and even a market stand in close vicinity from the station.

The water pressure in the kitchen was very low, so washing up after cooking was a challenge, and we were missing a tea towel for the dishes (there was only a hand towel). Also, the kettle was badly in need of decalcifying. In the bathroom, the shower door wasn't fit properly and came off the hinges but we fixed it. As for the bed, I'd have wished for some better pillows but it was overall fine. It's worth noting that the flat is halfway in the basement and the door doesn't offer much sound insulation but we didn't mind much.

Kein Hinweis bei der Buchung das man auf einer Dauerbaustelle lebt. Von morgens 7Uhr bis Nachmittag Baulärm. Keine Heizung im Bad und Wohnzimmer nicht nutzbar.

Nachbarn sehr laut und auch nachts kann man die WC Gänge der Nachbarn hören. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss zum Innenhof. Dort Garagen und Abend hatte ich nicht mal die Möglichkeit zu lüften, da dort gekifft wurde und es in die Wohnung zog.
